The high-speed fastening and assembly system achieves high-torque fastening of battery modules, connecting pieces, and end plates, supporting multi-axis simultaneous operation and closed-loop torque control with torque accuracy ±3% and UPH exceeding 3,000 points, adapting to assembly requirements of different cell structures such as aluminum case and pouch cells. The high-speed standard pick-and-place equipment is suitable for high-precision placement of FPC sampling lines, temperature sensing components, and insulating sheets, with placement accuracy of ±15μm, combined with vision guidance for automatic compensation of incoming material position deviation, ensuring placement consistency. The high-speed dispenser completes processes such as cell insulation coating, thermal adhesive application, and sealant filling, with adhesive volume accuracy ±1%, and the direct-drive Z-axis with 10μm concentricity ensures precise and controllable adhesive paths under complex structures such as narrow gaps and deep cavities.
